Sand plant operator — Antrim County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Antrim County, Michigan. Requirements: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding You will apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles.
