We are recruiting: TIG welder (West Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a TIG welder in Wyoming County, West Virginia. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Requirements: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Day-to-day duties: • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
