You should have: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns The role involves: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio Full-time with occasional weekends.
