Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Gujba, Yobe State. On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
