Great opportunity: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Hoke County, North Carolina. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Requirements: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits.
