Now hiring: we are hiring a retail butcher in San Juan County, Utah. On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Rotating shifts.
