Now hiring: we are hiring a production line helper in Alameda County, California. You will be based at an automotive parts factory. The role involves: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station Requirements: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
