Great opportunity: we are hiring a press setter operator in Mahaska County, Iowa. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
