Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a bread factory. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
