Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Osceola County, Florida. The job is at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
