Crane rigger — Iredell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane rigger in Iredell County, North Carolina. You will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear. Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Six days a week, one day off. $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
