Vacancy available: we are hiring a PVC window installer in Amite County, Mississippi. The job is on site fitting windows in new-build flats. The role involves take site measurements of openings before fabrication; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it. What we are looking for: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Overtime paid at a premium rate.
