CNC milling operator wanted in West Dunbartonshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland. You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
