Urgent requirement: line cook (Missouri)

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Texas County, Missouri. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Meals and transport allowance provided.
