The role involves segregate general waste and recycling into the correct bins; sanitise high-touch points like door handles and light switches; mix cleaning chemicals to the correct dilution and follow COSHH data sheets; operate industrial floor scrubbers and carpet extractors; report low stock, breakages and maintenance faults; spot-clean carpets and lift stains. You should have: • Able to follow COSHH guidance and handle chemicals safely • Knowledge of colour-coded cloths and cross-contamination control 3+ years on the tools preferred.
