Great opportunity: elevator repair technician (Louisiana)

Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Bienville Parish, Louisiana. Your main tasks: • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway You should have: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
