Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Gloucester County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will fault-find control boards and defrost timers; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system. What we are looking for: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns Rotating shifts.
