Immediate opening: flat roof installer (Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Charlotte County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
