Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Full-time with occasional weekends.
