The role involves clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool. Requirements: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work 1+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift.
