Line cook — Bon Homme County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Bon Homme County, South Dakota. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends.
