Slinger signaller wanted in Kaufman County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Kaufman County, Texas. You will work at a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
