Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Thurston County, Nebraska. The job is on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Day to day you will rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile. What we are looking for: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Part-time with flexible hours.
