Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Jasper County, South Carolina. What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Your main tasks: • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site 4+ years on the tools preferred.
