Urgent requirement: power float operator (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a power float operator in Lenoir County, North Carolina. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. On the job you will handle: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade Ideal candidate: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds Part-time with flexible hours.
