Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Guadalupe County, New Mexico. The job is at a land-clearing site. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Day-to-day duties: • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
