We are recruiting: concrete pump mate (Rivers State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Opobo/Nkoro, Rivers State. On the job you will handle: • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules 4+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
