Urgent requirement: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Merthyr Tydfil County Borough, Wales. Day to day you will insulate and ventilate the roof void; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater. Requirements: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience We offer £11 per hour plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts.
