Urgent requirement: stitching operator (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stitching operator in Decatur County, Georgia. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. What we are looking for: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance On a typical shift you will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
