Steel fixing chargehand • Greenlee County, Arizona

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Greenlee County, Arizona. The role involves install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour. Requirements: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Rotating shifts.
