Meat cutter — Udung Uko

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Udung Uko, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
