Urgent requirement: machine operator (earthworks) (Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Sussex County, Virginia. You will work in a demolition and site-clearance yard. Ideal candidate: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites You will dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
