What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
