Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Park County, Wyoming. Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
