Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel beater in Henry County, Missouri. You will work in a smash repair workshop. What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Your main tasks: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
