We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift technician in Lenoir County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Day-to-day duties: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
