Vacancy available: we are hiring an escalator technician in Gwagwalada, Federal Capital Territory. Day to day you will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox. Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Part-time with flexible hours.
