Great opportunity: banksman (Oklahoma)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Johnston County, Oklahoma. The role involves guide loads through tight openings into their final position; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. What we are looking for: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles We offer $18 per hour plus benefits.
