Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Boone County, Arkansas. On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Six days a week, one day off.
