Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Wilson County, Tennessee. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service 4+ years on the tools preferred.
