Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Campbell County, South Dakota. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches 3+ years on the tools preferred.
