Immediate opening: dish pit attendant (Georgia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Meriwether County, Georgia. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Overtime paid at a premium rate.
