We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Tangaza, Sokoto State. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter.
