Now hiring: we are hiring a lift erector in Juneau County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways On the job you will handle: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
