Now hiring: we are hiring a catering cook in Daniels County, Montana. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift.
