Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Day to day you will carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings. ₦950 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
