Packing operative • Jo Daviess County, Illinois

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a packing operative in Jo Daviess County, Illinois. You will be based at a warehouse dispatch bay. On a typical shift you will inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton; record production counts on the shift sheet; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; strap and band pallets ready for loading. Ideal candidate: • Able to follow health and safety procedures • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided.
