Now hiring: we are hiring a waitress in Schley County, Georgia. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; check back during the meal and handle special requests; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $15 per hour plus benefits.
