Great opportunity: rigging foreman (Wisconsin)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigging foreman in La Crosse County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. On a typical shift you will tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; guide loads through tight openings into their final position. You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Part-time with flexible hours.
