Vacancy available: argon arc welder (Missouri)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Newton County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal You should have: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Full-time, day shift.
